4. Collect Your Order: Visit the selected store, show your confirmation email verify your address, and collect your items – no waiting in line!

1. How soon can I pick up my order? Most orders are ready for pickup within 1 hour after placing them. You will receive a notification once your order is ready.
2. What do I need to bring to collect my order? Please bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone).
3. Can someone else pick up my order for me? Yes, they will need to bring the order confirmation email.
4. What if I can't pick up my order on time? If you're unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us to reschedule.

Orders not collected within 7 days will be returned to stock, and a refund will be issued.
