Trago Privacy Statement

Trago Mills Limited is ICO Registered. This privacy policy sets out how Trago Mills Limited uses and protects any information that you share with us, through using our website or otherwise communicating with us.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we invite you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the website then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.  We may change this policy from time to time, so you should check this page every now and then to ensure you are happy with any changes made. This policy is effective from May 2018.

The following is a description of the way Trago Mills Limited processes personal information. To understand how your own information is processed you may need to refer to any personal communications you have received or contact us to ask about your specific circumstances.

When providing information regarding an order you may have placed with us, this information is used only for the purposes of communicating with you regarding your order or enquiry. Should you wish to voluntarily Opt In to receiving marketing information from us, you will be provided with that option.  We will not contact you without your Opt In and neither will we pass your information to a third party.

Newsletter Sign Up

We send out monthly newsletters to our staff and up to 8 newsletters per month to enable us to promote our goods and services. For this purpose, we collect names and email addresses via a Sign Up form on our website, which are then fed automatically into an emailing list in our Mailchimp account. We also, from time to time, run a promotion which allows for an opt-in to our newsletters, which are then processed through our Mailchimp account.

If you are receiving newsletters from us then you will either have signed up to them via the online form or you are a current or previous customer of ours, or en employee, and have shared your contact details and permission to email with us another way.

Names and addresses for newsletters are stored in the Mailchimp database managed by Simple Media & Advertising, an ICO registered company that provides digital marketing services. You will find details of their Privacy Policy HERE. Details managed by them through Mailchimp are not shared with any other third party whatsoever.

Data will remain in Mailchimp unless you request to unsubscribe, by following the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of our newsletters. If you would like to update your details with a new email address or any other information, then please contact us at info@trago.co.uk
