Returns Policy

If you change your mind, just return your unused product in its original condition, with your receipt, within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. If you do not have your receipt we may at our discretion offer an exchange of goods if an alternative proof of purchase can be provided, such as a bank or credit card statement. This does not restrict your rights to return faulty items with proof of purchase.

Which products cannot be returned?

• Products which you received over 28 days ago
• Products without original packaging or where returned in a poor condition
• Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)
• Perishable goods such as plants and food
• Special order products
• Where a product has been personalised, or made to your specific measurements. This includes floor coverings and fabrics which have been cut from a roll to your specific order size
• Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all underwear and swimwear, all cosmetics and personal care products, certain jewellery such as pierced earrings, mattresses, mattress toppers, divans, duvets and pillows
• CDs, DVDs or vinyl records that have been opened
• Guns and ammunition
• Gift cards and vouchers

Please note that if you return products which are outside our Returns Policy or, if you don’t have your receipt, we are unable to process a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
