What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Your goods will be available from the Collection point location, as shown on your order collection email.
You are required to bring a copy of the order confirmation.
This can be a copy of the order as shown on your phone or a printed copy of the order.
Should someone else be collecting on your behalf, they too will need to bring a copy of your order confirmation.
Proof of age will be required for age restricted products.
Ensure that you bring proof of verifying your age.

If you change your mind, just return your unused product in its original condition, with your receipt, within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. If you do not have your receipt we may at our discretion offer an exchange of goods if an alternative proof of purchase can be provided, such as a bank or credit card statement.
